With over 30 years experience working in the cruise industry Scotty McLean is without doubt the top in his craft. His act has allowed him to travel the world several times and has enjoyed sharing the joy and laughter his magic brings. In an ever changing industry Scotty has morphed from classical magic to an illusion show and now at present a unique audience participation show of 45 minutes of fun and mystery which is especially liked by North American audiences as he wears his trade mark, the Scottish kilt!

He is constantly in demand to perform on the world’s top cruise ships. Having travelled the world for more than 30 years, Scotty has entertained hundreds of thousands of satisfied audiences. His acts are topical, hysterically funny and with the added touch of audience participation the magic is complete.

One highlight of his extensive career was being asked to entertain both American and British Troops during operation Desert Storm.

Scotty’s extensive knowledge of the art of prestidiation has earned him the reputation of Magical Advisor for television and theatre.

Has appeared at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California since 1987.

Since returning to the UK in 1999 Scotty has utilised his acting talents for a variety of part's, most notable being booked as Michael Keatons 'stand in' in the Robert Duval movie 'A Shot at Glory'.

He also was second unit stunt director on 2 episodes of the popular Scottish soap 'Highroad' where he choregraphed and acted the fight scene.
